Daniel joined the firm in 2022 and has been practising in the field for nearly ten years. His work focuses on corporate and shareholder disputes, as well as contentious matters involving estates and trusts, particularly in high-value cases. He regularly acts as counsel and as tribunal secretary in arbitral proceedings, both domestic and international, most recently under the VIAC, ICC and Swiss Rules. In addition to his practice, he contributes to academic and professional discussions by publishing in the field of corporate law.
