Boris practice areas at CERHA HEMPEL include data protection, information security law and legal tech, with a particular focus on areas that are at the interface between technology and law, such as NIS and regulations governing AI. Boris Treml regularly lectures on topics related to data protection, data security and information technology and was named "speaker of the year" 2022 by imh. He also acts as an external data protection officer.
