Harald  is a key corporate / M&A partner and has 25 years of experience in complex cross-border corporate, M&A, restructurings, distressed entities, joint ventures and private equity as well as corporate financing transactions.

He joined CERHA HEMPEL in June 2014 and has advised a number of large corporate clients in cross-border acquisitions, investments and divestments and has been lecturing M&A, corporate and partnership law at the University of Vienna for many years and has published on a broad range of corporate and M&A related subjects, amongst others on cross-border mergers, corporate succession and restructurings, due diligence, private equity as well as defence measures in takeover situations.
