Senior Associate

Nicola is a senior associate in the capital markets team and has handled a number of public issues of both debt and equity instruments listed on the official list of the Malta Stock Exchange.  She is also frequently involved in M&A transactions spanning a wide array of industry sectors.  Recent Experiences include:

assisting IZI Finance p.l.c., International Hotel Investments p.l.c. and Mizzi Organisation p.l.c. with the admission of their debt securities on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange Assistance of Neogames S.A. with an offer made to the shareholders of Aspire Global p.l.c. (a Maltese registered company whose securities are admitted to Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market)
