Kristina has been a partner since January 2022 and forms part of the ADR and Dispute Resolution Team, where she acts in a number of the more high-profile cases handled by the firm.  Her other area of interest is Real Estate and Construction where she assists clients in a number of major development projects.

Recent experience includes:

(a)        Representation of a number of regulated entities, including Maltese banks, payment services providers and corporate service providers in constitutional proceedings against the FIAU and challenges brought to administrative fines imposed;

(b)       Representation of a number of persons, both public authorities and private entities, in disputes relating to administrative and public law actions;

(c)        Representation of both local and foreign clients in a number of commerical, banking and civil disputes both in Arbitration and before the Maltese Courts;

(d)       assistance and advice to a number of clients with respect to a number of large real estate acquisitions.
