Andrew was admitted to partnership in January 2022.  His primary area of focus is Financial Services with particular emphasis on financial regulatory and compliance, including banking regulation and investment services. He is also frequently involved in the asset management and funds industry both on transactional and regulatory fronts . Recent experience includes:

assisted buy-side in the acquisition of one of Malta’s largest protected cell companies; assisting with the admission to trading of the first Maltese collective investment scheme on the Malta Stock Exchange; assisted a credit institution with admission to trading of Tier 2 debt instruments on the Malta stock exchange; and advised on the licensing of multiple funds and fund managers across a broad spectrum of asset classes in both the retail and alternative space.
