Martin Moser has extensive experience and mainly advises companies and individuals on all aspects of commercial law, in particular on contract law (e.g. procurement, production and distribution), corporate law (e.g. governance, compliance and restructuring), antitrust law and M&A transactions, including cross-border matters.

A further focus of his practice is corporate succession. He accompanies his clients personally and appreciates a long-term relationship based on trust. Martin Moser is also active as a member of Board of directors and foundation Board.
