Etienne Gard graduated from the University of Zurich (MLaw) and King’s College London (LL.M.). He focuses on private M&A and has broad experience in international and domestic transactions across various sectors, including telecommunications, information technology, healthcare, medical technologies, financial services, advertising, real estate, and industrial products. He also advises clients on private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as on reorganizations and restructurings, including cross-border expansions into Switzerland.

In addition to his M&A work, Etienne Gard provides legal advice in corporate law, Swiss association law, and contract law. He is also a member of the board of various companies.
