Adrian is specialized in commercial and technology law and practices primarily in the areas of intellectual property and competition law, data protection law, contract law, distribution law and corporate law. He is the head of our practice group intellectual property, technology and data protection and co-head of the bratschiLAB, our innovation and start-up desk. Also, Adrian acts as a legal coach for start-ups at Futurepreneurship. In these functions, Adrian advises and supports a large number of start-ups. Adrian is author of numerous publications and also a frequent speaker in his areas of expertise. He works both as a consultant and as a litigator for his clients.
