Thibault Fresquet studied at the University of Lausanne and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. After finishing ranked first of his bar exams, he practiced law for two years in Geneva before joining the Lausanne branch of Bratschi Ltd. in 2016. Since 2020 is also works in the Geneva branch of Bratschi Ltd. His practice is focused on complex international and national litigation both before State and Arbitration courts, bankruptcy law as well as white-collar crimes.
