Franziska Mutschler completed her studies at the University of Zurich in 2018. During her Master's degree, she already worked in a law firm. After graduating, she completed an internship at a pension fund specialising in real estate law and then worked as an auditor at a Zurich district court. She was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2021 and has been practising law ever since.

She advises and represents private individuals and companies in various areas of law and assists them in enforcing claims before courts of various instances. Her preferred areas of practice include real estate law, in particular tenancy law and the law governing contracts for work and services and contracts for work and labour.

Admitted to the Swiss Bar since 2021.
