Roland Böhi advises all aspects of tax law. His long-standing expertise includes international tax law, M&A, private equity, corporate finance, real estate, transfer pricing and tax consultancy for private clients (including family offices). He advises a broad range of corporate clients from various industry sectors as well as private clients. Roland Böhi also specializes in corporate and commercial law and in tax litigation. He is also a member of several boards of directors.
