Samuel Jost's practice focuses on antitrust law, data protection as well as distribution and contract law. In particular, he advises and represents Swiss and foreign companies on all aspects of Swiss antitrust law, assists companies with antitrust and data protection compliance and advises on contract and data protection law matters.

He combines legal expertise with his long-standing experience in a renowned commercial law firm as well as in an international company operating in the pharmaceutical industry, enabling him to understand and facilitate pragmatic and holistic solutions.
