Thomas Peter advises clients on all aspects of corporate as well as national and international contract law.

He handles transactions in the areas of M&A, private equity and venture capital. He represents institutional investors and buyers as well as founders of start-ups and young companies, whom he assists in setting up and/or selling their business.

He is also involved in drafting and negotiating purchase, distribution, agency and other commercial agreements.

Finally, he advises clients on debt financings. He is recognised by the SIX Exchange Regulation for the submission of listing applications for shares and bonds.
