Annina Berchtold-Schreiner has several years of varied experience in family law. She assists clients both in out-of-court settlement discussions and in contentious proceedings. She also regularly advises spouses and cohabiting partners, also jointly, and supports them in finding an out-of-court solution. In addition, Annina Berchtold-Schreiner advises on the drafting of cohabitation contracts, marriage and inheritance contracts, pension contracts and other contracts in the area of family and inheritance law.
