Ninja Roede has over 20 years of experience in construction and specialises in construction law and commercial real estate. Additionally, she has extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation. Ninja is very familiar with the legal challenges actors in the construction industry are facing. She assists contractors, suppliers, real estate companies, and public developers with everything from contract management, ongoing support throughout construction projects, in final settlement negotiations, and in disputes.

She possesses a broad spectrum of experience and knowledge in providing legal advice in construction and development projects of all sizes. In recent years, she has also worked with partnering contracts.

Ninja is a popular speaker, and she regularly holds seminars on various construction law topics, with a special focus on the NS contracts.
