Petter Sverstad Eriksen has over 20 years of experience in business law and specialises in construction and dispute resolution. Petter has experience with residential and commercial development projects, infrastructure projects, logistics and warehouse buildings, retail, refurbishment of commercial properties, and general contractor services, among others.

He assists both Norwegian and foreign companies related to the construction industry, such as real estate developers, contractors/subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and public authorities.

Petter has also assisted Norwegian and foreign companies in matters related to corruption, offshore/maritime incidents, stock market manipulation, insider trading, etc.

Additionally, Petter is an experienced course instructor, and he regularly holds courses, especially on topics related to the NS contracts.
