Career
Kristine Slotnæs assists both Norwegian and international employers and employees in various employment law cases, where she provides ongoing advice on personnel issues, appointments, restructuring and downsizing processes, hiring, termination of employment, conflict management, as well as mediation and dispute resolution. Kristine’s assistance encompasses collective tariff issues. She also has experience from ordinary courts of law and Norwegian Labour Court.
In addition to her experience with labour law, Kristine has extensive experience with transactions (M&A), corporate law and contract law. She assists businesses with national and international transactions, mergers and demergers, preparation of contracts and contract negotiations, as well as other issues related to corporate law.
