Thomas Andersen heads Brækhus' real estate team and is an expert on real estate law, with expertise on ground lease laws. Thomas assists private persons, as well as both large and small businesses with complex real estate law issues related to tenancy agreements and right of use, planning and building law, and construction contracts.

Thomas has extensive litigation experience and litigates a large number of cases each year. He has litigated cases before all courts of law, including the Norwegian Supreme Court and arbitration tribunals. He also has long experience with land consolidation.
