Benoît Delort, Counsel at Bredin Prat, is a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency team.
His practice includes advising corporate clients in relation to situations of financial distress, both in the context of confidential, amicable proceedings (financial restructuring, disposals of underperforming businesses (distressed M&A), etc.) and in French and cross-border court-supervised insolvency proceedings, where Benoît has developed significant expertise in business takeovers through asset sale plans and in complex restructuring plans.
He also regularly assists clients in disputes arising in this context.
