Bertrand Homassel, Counsel at Bredin Prat, is a member of the Competition and EU Law team.

He assists French and international clients before French and European regulatory authorities and courts, in cases involving all aspects of competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control and state aid).

Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Bertrand Homassel practiced at Viguié Schmidt & Associés.

Bertrand Homassel is a graduate of the University of Paris 2-Panthéon-Assas (Master’s degree in European Business Law, 2012; Master’s degree in Public Law).
