Arnaud Mailhos, Counsel at Bredin Prat, is a member of the White-Collar Criminal Defense team.
He appears before criminal courts as counsel to companies and their executives in both contentious and negotiated proceedings, covering all aspects of white-collar criminal law.
He has notably participated in negotiating several French deferred prosecution agreements (CJIPs) and has developed particular expertise in criminal tax law, as well as in probity/anti-corruption matters and customs criminal law.
