Jérôme Vincent, Counsel at Bredin Prat, is a member of the Corporate team. He advises companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions, securities law and corporate governance matters and private equity transactions.

Before joining Bredin Prat, Jérôme practiced for four years in the New York and Paris offices of Sullivan & Cromwell.
