Ferdinand Barbé, Counsel at Bredin Prat, is a member of the Corporate team.
His practice focuses mainly on M&A and securities law, and he notably advises companies, both listed and unlisted, on cross-border transactions. His practice also includes advising in the context of distressed M&A.
