Career

Juliette Crouzet, Partner at Bredin Prat, heads the firm's Digital Law and Intellectual Property team.

She assists the firm’s clients on the legal issues relating to new technologies and data. She notably advises on the structuring and deployment of projects involving technology-related assets, as well as complex data protection and cybersecurity issues.

Juliette’s practice also includes intellectual property matters, assisting the firm’s clients in managing, protecting and defending their IP rights.

Her work includes both transactional matters - drafting and negotiating contracts, structuring tech partnerships, product launches, advising on the technology aspects of M&A transactions - as well as contentious matters - notably in disputes relating to data protection and defending intellectual property rights.

Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Juliette practised for four years in the Technology/IP department of an international law firm in Paris.
