François Panel, Counsel at Bredin Prat, is a member of the Tax team.

Her practice includes advising on the tax aspects of transactions (M&A, private equity and real estate transactions) as well as advising corporate clients in connection with tax audits and tax litigation.

She also provides tax advice to corporate clients in managing their assets and to individuals in the context of wealth management.

Françoise Panel is a graduate of the business school HEC (Master’s Degree in International Tax and Legal Strategy) and of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master’s Degree in Business Law and Tax, 2016).
