Partner Camilla Raastad is a leading logistics and transportation lawyer with more than twenty-five years of experience in employment law and over two decades of operational insight into the logistics and transportation industry. She is widely recognised for her ability to combine deep legal expertise with practical, business-oriented solutions tailored to the needs of logistics companies and their stakeholders.

Her career has spanned roles at NHO, where she advised member companies within the sector, in-house counsel at one of Norway’s largest logistics conglomerates, and the running of her own law firm with a client base dominated by logistics companies. Today she continues to assist Norwegian and international clients across a wide range of industries in both the public and private sectors, with a particular focus on freight forwarders, logistics companies, and business organisations. She also serves on the board of the Norwegian Logistics Association, underscoring her standing within the industry.

Camilla has practised employment law since 1997 and has extensive experience in individual and collective terminations, dismissals, restructuring, large-scale downsizing, transfers of undertakings, outsourcing, and workforce reductions. She regularly drafts and negotiates employment contracts, executive agreements, and incentive schemes, and advises on working time arrangements, whistleblowing cases, and employee privacy.
