Partner Cathrine Hambro is a leading specialist in environmental and climate law. She advises industrial and waste management businesses where she works in close collaboration with clients on a day-to-day basis on complex environmental regulation, permitting and contractual matters. Further, she has extensive experience acting for Norwegian and international organisations in high-profile climate and environmental disputes. Cathrine has played a key role as counsel in the landmark Norwegian heard in three instances including the Supreme Court in plenary, and in the subsequent proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. Her practice also includes cutting-edge advisory work on sustainability and circular economy issues.
