Career
Julien has been a partner in the firm since 2014 and a member the Transport & Logistics and Litigation & Arbitration departments of the firm.
In particular, he assists French and international clients in drafting and negotiating contracts (IT, purchasing, sales, logistics, etc.), as well as in the amicable or contentious resolution of their disputes.
He advises manufacturers and service providers on regulatory matters, especially within the fields of export controls and transportation.
In 2024, Julien was referenced by Chambers Europe and Décideurs and by Option Droit & Affaire in international arbitration in 2022.

- From 2005 to 2011, Julien was a judge and Chamber President at the Commercial Court of Marseille. He was in charge of specialised litigation of maritime transport and anti-competitive practices.
- Prior to working in a private practice, he worked as a corporate lawyer and then as a legal director for the Schlumberger and Thales groups.
- Julien’s background of risk management is rooted in his practice, after having created and then held the position of Insurance Risk Manager within the Gemplus (Thales) group.
