Adv. Philip Ellul graduated from the University of Malta in 2023, after having been awarded a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Advocacy (M.Adv.). He was called to the Bar in 2023.
Philip began his professional career as a legal intern with EMD in 2021 and subsequently joined the firm on a full-time basis as an Advocate in 2023. His practice primarily focuses on corporate law, advising clients on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.
During his University days, Philip was actively involved in student representation, serving on the national board of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA), where he contributed to a range of legal and academic initiatives.
