Senior Associate

Dr Joseph Grech was called to the Bar in 2016 and is a Senior Associate and the Head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at EMD Malta, bringing over a decade of experience in civil and commercial litigation. He regularly appears before the Maltese Courts and the Malta Arbitration Centre, advocating for both corporate and individual clients.

Joseph's work focuses on resolving disputes effectively, whether through litigation or alternative dispute resolution. With a practical and results-oriented approach, he provides strategic legal advice across a broad spectrum of practice areas, including contract law, property law, inheritance and probate, competition and consumer protection law, and employment law. He strives to provide clients with clear, practical guidance throughout every stage of the dispute resolution process.
