Martijn joined BarentsKrans in November 2024, where he leads the Banking & Finance team. Martijn has extensive experience in advising banks and financial institutions. He also advises borrowers on financing transactions and restructurings. Martijn focuses on (national and international) leveraged & acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and other banking matters. In addition, he has vast experience in securitisations and receivables purchase transactions.

Martijn has in-depth knowledge of securities law and is able to explain complex issues to clients in an accessible way.
