The team is experienced in handling arbitration proceedings in relation to energy, telecoms and construction. Post-M&A arbitration also form a key part of the practice. Rieme-Jan Tjittes leads the team and is an arbitration specialist who often handles international arbitrations and is an expert in commercial contract law. Annelies van der Ploeg handles commercial contract-related arbitration proceedings.
