Alice Haddak-Latour, Partner, heads the Financing team.

She advises French and international clients on credit financings, bond issuances, acquisition finance (public M&A, PE, leveraged finance), private placements and debt restructuring.

Prior to joining FTPA Avocats, Alice practised in the financing teams of Bredin Prat and Clifford Chance.

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Alice holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Banking and Finance from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and graduated from ESSEC Business School.
