Asbjørn is highly specialised in competition law, procurement law and EU law.

Asbjørn has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of competition law, including horizontal and vertical agreements, issues relating to the abuse of a dominant position and general competition law compliance. Asbjørn has also advised on some of the largest tort and criminal cases in Denmark within competition law.

In addition, Asbjørn has considerable experience advising contracting authorities and utility companies on all types of issues within procurement law and contract law as well as conducting complaints and legal proceedings concerning public procurement. He also advises enterprises participating in tender procedures. Asbjørn has advised on numerous large and complex tender procedures conducted as negotiated tenders or competitive dialogues and has provided reports and studies on procurement law issues for public authorities.

Asbjørn also has solid experience in procedural law (disputes, litigation and complaints cases), general EU law (free movement, EU proceedings, etc.) and state aid law.

Asbjørn is known for his strong professional expertise, commercial understanding and ability to communicate complex material in a clear and easily accessible manner, making him a valuable adviser to both clients and colleagues.

For a number of years, Asbjørn has also been an external lecturer in competition law and industrial economics at CBS and in procurement law at the University of Copenhagen.
