specialized in digital solutions for management of businesses and professionals, on the acquisition of Arca24.com SA, a Swiss-based software house highly specialized in the development and commercialization of software and innovative services fordigitalization of HR processes, intended for employment agencies, recruitment firms and companies across all sectors.
