Fabienne Perlini-Frehner is counsel (since 2022) in the firm's public M&A practice group. Her practice focuses on public M&A transactions and general corporate and commercial matters. She has broad experience in advising both offerors and target companies in the context of public tender offers and regularly publishes in her areas of expertise.
