Position

Djamila Batache's practice focuses on advising and representing clients in the health care and life science sector in the areas of contract law, regulation and (product) liability law. She is also regularly involved in conducting internal investigations and assisting clients in compliance matters.

Djamila is an expert in the field of AI governance and regulation, in particular with regard to liability implications of the use of AI systems.
