Specialist Partner

Sofia Liljenfeldt is a Specialist Partner in the EU and competition law practice group at BAHR. Sofia has a broad experience from representing clients in various EU and competition law matters before the EU Commission and the Swedish Competition Authority. Sofia is particularly experienced in merger control matters and complex multinational notifications to competition authorities. Sofia also represents clients in regulatory matters related to cartels, abuse of dominance, state aid and foreign direct investments. Sofia has particular experience from working with competition law matters in the telecoms sector.
