Ida is part of BAHR’s finance team. She advises direct lending funds, financial institutions, bond trustees, lead arrangers, issuers, corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors on financing transactions. She particularly has experience with domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, debt capital matters and acquisition financings.
