Eirik is part of BAHR’s Fisheries & Aquaculture group. He is considered as Norway’s leading legal expert on aquaculture and fisheries law. In addition, Eirik specialises in commercial law disciplines such as contract law, shipping law and company law. He has completed the only Norwegian PhD thesis on aquaculture law, which examines the interplay between regulatory frameworks and contracts within the industry. The thesis also addresses current and more general issues relating to contracts, shipping and insurance.
