Ståle has an internationally oriented practice providing legal and strategic advice and assistance in relation to financing and financial restructuring. He oversaw the first and, at present, only Norwegian refinancing that was carried out under the US “Chapter 11”. He also has considerable experience in working with industrial companies and investment banks on M&A and capital market transactions.

Ståle has also assisted a number of clients in the offshore and aircraft industries with various acquisitions, sales and refinancing/restructuring transactions. In addition, he also has extensive experience in international negotiations and transactions.
