Tobias’s principal areas of work are private M&A, private equity, and venture capital. Tobias has extensive experience in M&A transactions with a special focus on representing private equity clients, and he has worked for many of the world’s leading financial sponsors. Tobias has a strong international focus and he has previously worked as a foreign attorney in the M&A department of the leading UK law firm, Travers Smith.​

Tobias is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen from 2010, and he also holds a graduate degree in business administration from Copenhagen Business School. He has previously been an external lecturer in M&A at the University of Copenhagen and he is also the author of more than 10 peer-reviewed legal journal articles within M&A and related topics. He is a frequently used public speaker on subjects related to M&A.
