Mattias’ principal areas of work are private M&A, private equity, and venture capital. He advises on all types of private transactions in the Nordic and has extensive experience working for private equity and venture capital sponsors as well as family offices. He is among the most active M&A lawyers in Denmark in the past 15 years according to Mergermarket, and has worked for many of the leading and most active financial sponsors in the region. Mattias is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen from 2011 and has been a lawyer since 2014. He joined BAHR in 2026.
