Senior associate

Catarina is a senior associate in the Public Law practice, where she advises public and private organisations on public law matters, mainly in the areas of administrative litigation, public procurement and public contracts. She holds a degree and a master's in law, specialising in public law, from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Catarina is also the author and co-author of articles in the field of public law.

Before joining PLMJ, Catarina worked at the Portuguese Parliament.
