EU and Competition law

Senior associate

Rodrigo is a senior associate in the EU and Competition practice, where he advises Portuguese and international clients on administrative procedures before the European Commission and the Competition Authority. He also handles court cases procedures based on civil liability for practices restricting competition.

Besides this, he is experienced in advising clients on state aid and competition compliance matters. Rodrigo holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, a Master’s in Business Law from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, and a postgraduate qualification in Competition Law from King’s College London.
