Senior associate

Benedita is a senior associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice. With more than 5 years of experience, she provides legal advice on privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, contracts, e-commerce, consumer law and intellectual property.

She advises Portuguese and international clients from a wide range of sectors, with a focus on supporting companies and products oriented towards new technologies (e.g. AI, Big Data, IoT).

In recent years, she has been involved in various operations, conducting audits on data protection, information technology and intellectual property.

She holds a master's degree in law from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and has attended, among others, the course in Intellectual Property Litigation and Procedural Law of the ICC - Portuguese Chamber of Commerce. She also completed a postgraduate course in Digital Services at the CIDP - Private Law Research Centre.
