Managing Associate

Carolina is an Managing associate in the Tax practice where she advises Portuguese and international clients on various areas of tax law.

With more than 10 years' experience, she specialises in advising on tax structuring of transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations, both domestic and international. She also advises clients on real estate investment and financing transactions.

Carolina is the author of several publications in the field of tax law and is a member of the APCF - the Portuguese Association of Tax Consultants.

She holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and attended the master's in tax law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon, as well as a short course in digital taxation at the same faculty.
