Managing Associate

Marta is a managing associate in the in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice. With 12 years' experience, her focus is on privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, mobility, advertising, consumer law and technology contracts.

She advises Portuguese and international clients on regulatory and transactional matters, including data protection compliance, negotiating IT contracts, providing advice on digital businesses and managing security incidents.

Throughout her career, she has worked with companies in the healthcare, telecommunications, distribution, and financial sectors. Marta holds a law degree from the University of Lisbon’s Faculty of Law, as well as postgraduate diplomas in Private Law Studies (FDUP) and Intellectual Property Law (APDI/FDUL).
