Position
Danil Nikolaev is a Counsel in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He specialises in civil and commercial law, advising and assisting domestic and international clients with all stages of corporate, commercial and financial disputes, including pre-litigation actions, court proceedings, enforcement and settlement.
He also advises clients on procedural aspects of VAT-related disputes.
Danil’s focus lies in litigation in the field of corporate law (shareholder disputes), recovery measures and liability claims.
